Using the dashboard

The dashboard shows at a glance how much memory your workspace holds, how it is being used, and how close you are to your plan's limits.

For: Member role and above (not shown to Viewers) · Where: Dashboard in the left menu of memory.kagura-ai.com

1 Open the dashboard

Sign in at memory.kagura-ai.com and choose Dashboard in the left menu. The top of the page shows "Overview" with the workspace name, your current plan, and the workspace description. Every number is for the workspace you have selected.

Viewers don't see the dashboard; they are taken to the context list instead.

2 Filter and refresh

Use the controls at the top right to change what is shown.

3 Your first visit

If the workspace has no contexts yet and your role can create one, a "Welcome to Kagura Memory" card appears. It walks you to your first recall in about five minutes.

If no embedding key is set up yet, you first see "Set up embeddings first". You can close the card with "Dismiss onboarding".

4 Key numbers

The four cards at the top summarize the whole workspace.

If some memories could not be indexed for search, "n not searchable" appears under Total Memories and a "Some memories aren't searchable yet" notice appears at the top. No data is lost; they become searchable once indexing succeeds.

5 Memory Creation Timeline

A chart of how many memories were created each day, switchable between 7 and 30 days. Use it to check that your AI clients are connected and how fast the team's memory is growing.

6 Usage by context

The "Context Breakdown" table compares how each context is used (shown when "All contexts" is selected).

Other members' private contexts are grouped as "Others (n private)" and their contents are "Hidden".

7 Plan usage

The "Usage" section at the bottom shows how much of your plan's limits you are using.

When memories reach 80% of the limit you see "Warning: Quota Usage High", at 95% "Critical: Approaching Limit", and at 100% "Quota Exceeded", each with a link to change your plan. Each plan's limits are in the comparison table under Pricing.
