Code of Conduct
Kagura AI, Inc. · Adopted: 2026-11-02
We provide a service that holds our customers' decisions and knowledge. This Code of Conduct sets the standards we keep to earn that trust. It applies to our officers and employees, and we ask the same of anyone who works on our business under a services contract.
1. We follow laws and rules
We follow the laws of the countries and regions where we do business, our contracts and our internal rules. We respect the intellectual property of others, and we use third-party open source software in line with its licenses.
2. We protect your data
We do not use your memories to train AI models or for advertising, and we do not sell personal data. We access production data only when the work requires it, and only through the procedures we have set. We do not use information we learn at work for any other purpose.
3. We handle information safely
We manage credentials and confidential information as our rules require, and we do not disclose them. If we notice an incident or suspect one, however small, we report it right away.
4. We use AI responsibly
The person who hands work to an AI or an agent stays responsible for the result. A person reviews important decisions and changes to production before they take effect. We do not enter customer data or confidential information into AI services we have not approved.
5. We tell the truth
We speak to customers, partners, investors and the public on the basis of fact. We do not present something as done when it is not. When we find an error, we correct it promptly.
6. We deal fairly
We do not pay or accept bribes, and we follow the rules of fair competition. When a personal interest may conflict with the company's, we declare it in advance. We have no relationship with organized crime or other antisocial forces.
7. We respect people
We do not tolerate discrimination, harassment or bullying. We do not treat anyone unfairly because of nationality, race, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, disability, religion or similar grounds.
8. Asking and reporting
If you see a breach of this Code, or suspect one, write to conduct@kagura-ai.com. We accept reports from outside the company too. A concern about someone who staffs this address can go directly to another officer. We keep reports confidential, and we prohibit retaliation against anyone who asks or reports in good faith.
Report vulnerabilities to security@kagura-ai.com, and send questions about personal data to privacy@kagura-ai.com.
9. Handling breaches and reviewing this Code
When we receive a report, we check the facts and put right what needs fixing. We handle breaches under our internal rules. We review this Code as needed.
